RLS Metro Breaking News - Firefighters made quick work out of  an attic fire on Bond Street in Elizabeth tonight.

Crews arrived to a fire in the attic of a 2.5-story home located on the 200 block of Bond Street at 7:39 p.m.

Two families - comprised of eight -were displaced.

No injuries were reported. The fire was said to be under control by 8:05 this evening.

The cause of the fire is being investigated.
