City of Elizabeth - Where Angels Play got started with an idea from a little girl from Mississippi in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. We had built three 100% handicap accessible playgrounds for the children of the Gulf Coast. After Hurricane Sandy hit New Jersey pretty hard, and New York and Connecticut, we began to respond to the coast to help out and rebuild.
